Refund Cancellation Policy

The terms are as follows:

1. Full Refund (60 Days or More Before Check-in)
   • Guests who cancel their reservation 60 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.
2. Partial Refund (Between 60 and 30 Days Before Check-in)
   • For cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before the check-in date, guests will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
3. No Refund (Less Than 30 Days Before Check-in)
   • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund. The full booking amount will be retained.

Note: Special exceptions may apply in cases of unforeseen emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
